Crash between the Swanley and Darenth Interchanges causing traffic build up
If you are heading into Dartford via the M25 this evening then you can expect a few delays.
That is because a van and a car were involved in a crash between the Swanley and Darenth Interchanges heading anticlockwise.
A spokeswoman for Kent Police said: "Police were called to a collision on the M25 between junctions two and three at 4.52pm on May 15.
"South East Coast Ambulance Service were called to treat a number of minor injuries.
"Officers are in the scene."
All traffic was temporarily stopped up until about 5.30pm.
One lane remained closed up until about 6.30pm.
Traffic was already sluggish along this stretch due to congestion heading towards the Dartford Tunnel.
