Two Bromley men and a woman from Lewisham have been charged with burglary after a property in Surrey was targeted.
High value jewellery, electrical items, designer accessories and cash were taken from The Ridge in Woldingham on Thursday (May 3).
Three men will be sentenced at Guildford Crown Court on Thursday (June 7).
The three people charged were:
Joanne Eldridge, 32, of Shardloes Road, Lewisham
Nigel Spicer, 29, of Crystal Palace Park, Bromley
Stephen White, 34, of Chelsfield Lane, Bromley
