All traffic had to be stopped on the M25 after a lorry blocked the motorway to save a woman who crashed.
Shortly before 5.30pm this evening (May 2) a car crashed into the central reservation on the clockwise motoway, just after junction 5 near Sevenoaks.
A lorry driver who saw the crash blocked the road to save the woman.

Ambulance staff were on the scene to treat the woman.

All traffic had to be halted and delays started to build straight away.
The crash site was cleared by 6.30pm but delays continued on the M25 clockwise.
