A Dartford house "in need of modernisation and improvement" will be up for auction at Nottingham Racecourse this week.
The semi-detached house at 18 Jessamine Place, about a 15 minute walk from Darent Valley Hospital, has two bedrooms and needs plenty of 'TLC', according to auctioneer, SDL Auctions Graham Penny.
Senior valuer Vejay Pal, said: “18 Jessamine Place is on a quiet street near the centre of Dartford and is handy for the A2/M25 motorway network.
“It’s a great opportunity for someone to create a new home for themselves or to refurbish as a buy-to-let.
“It has good space in both the front and rear gardens and the potential is there for all to see.”
The guide price for the property is £150,000, although auctioneers have advised each property up for sale is also subject to a reserve price, which may be different.
