Three men were arrested in Sidcup after knives and class A drugs were found on them.
After a member of the public alerted police to the men, who were "acting suspiciously" in a car, police searched the car and the three men.
They found two knives and a "small quantity of drugs" in the possession of the men, who were parked on Sycamore Avenue in Sidcup.
The men were arrested for possession of knives and of class A drugs.
These arrests come as the Met Police begins its crackdown on knife crime in the capital after it came under scrutiny for the rising level of stabbings in the city.
