A man has gone missing from hospital in Woolwich and police are growing increasingly concerned for his wellbeing.
Christopher Green was last seen at 10am on Sunday, March 18, at Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he was admitted after saying he was feeling unwell.
He left before he received any treatment and officers have been unable to locate him since.
Christopher is a slim white man, approximately 6ft 1inch tall with dark brown hair. He has a 2cm scar above his left eye and speaks with an English accent.
CCTV stills taken from the hospital show he was wearing a thin dark outer jacket with his hood up, a dark inner jacket, and dark trousers rolled up at the bottom.
He was also holding a pair of black rimmed glasses in his hand and a green hospital blanket.
If you have any information on his whereabouts, call police on 101 and quote the reference 18MIS011456.
