The Dartford Crossing is completely blocked southbound after a crash between several lorries closed all four lanes.
Traffic is being diverted via slip roads, but the roads are not expected to be fully cleared for another two hours.
The site of the crash, which involved two HGV lorries and a car transporter, has been attended by emergency services.
#A282 is closed southbound within J1B (just after the #DartfordCrossing) due to a collision involving 2 HGV's and a car transporter. Traffic being diverted up and over the junction via the exit and entry slip roads. Expect delays and plan ahead. We'll keep you updated.

With traffic queueing back over the QE2 Bridge, drivers are being advised to take alternative routes while the gridlock is being cleared.
