Police are appealing for witnesses after a motorcyclist was seriously injured in an alleged hit-and-run crash on the A2.
Police were called to the A2 at Darenth at 6.25am on February 17 after a car and a motorcyclist crashed travelling coastbound.
The motorcyclist, who is in his 50s, was rushed to hospital after the crash which involved a black Mercedes SLC 250.
Police said it is believed the driver did not stop at the scene but the vehicle has since been identified and the driver spoken to.
A witness appeal has been launched as police try to track down drivers who may have seen anything in the run-up to the crash or just afterwards, or who may have dashcam footage.
Witnesses are being asked to contact police on 01474 366 149 quoting 17-0256.
