A flat in Bromley was sold for nearly £1.5 million in the final quarter of 2017, data has revealed, as 19 properties were sold in the borough for more than a million pounds in three months.

Over this period in Bromley, there were 335 properties sold, at an average price of £491,316.
There were just 23 sold under a quarter of a million pounds – 17 of which appear to have been homes, with other buildings including garages and a shop.
They include a maisonette in Brosse Way which sold for £134,000.
Of the properties sold for over £1million – a flat in Walters Yard, in Bromley town centre, sold for £1,498,000.
A newly built detached home in Sundridge Avenue also sold for £1,465,000.
