A drug dealer who planned to sell heroin and crack cocaine to "exploit vulnerabilities" has been jailed for nearly two years.
Police arrested Paul Egbujor, 20, in August after they raided a property in Tunbridge Wells.
Egbujor, of Harold Avenue in Belvedere, was found by police in the bedroom - despite having no connections to Tunbridge Wells.
The dealer was caught with 30 wraps of crack cocaine and heroin with a street value of £300.
Beside the 20-year-old were two mobile phones, cannabis and drug paraphernalia, including a cannabis grinder and digital scales.
Police said messages found on the phones showed he had been communicating with drug users in the town.
Sergeant Andy Miller, from Kent Police, said: "Egbujor travelled from London to Tunbridge Wells with the sole intention of making money out of drug users, exploiting their vulnerabilities for his own gain.
"We took proactive action to bring this man to justice and will continue to target those who believe are supplying illegal substances."
Egbujor pleaded guilty to possessing heroin and crack cocaine with intent to supply as well as possessing cannabis.
He was sentenced at Maidstone Crown Court to 21 months behind bars.
