A five-storey flat block could be replacing four homes in Knoll Rise if a significant new development is accepted.
The four homes are located at 14-20 Knoll Rise, which is adjacent to Orpington High Street.
Home development company Rooksmead Residential is proposing to build 58 flats for a mix of open market and affordable housing.
If accepted, Rooksmead Residential say 38 per cent of the flats would be affordable.
Current access to Knoll Rise will be shut and a new one constructed to Vinson Close, if Bromley Council grant the application.
The potential flat block would comprise of 21 one-bedroom flats, 31 two-bedroomed flats and six three-bedroomed flats.
This proposed development would be supported with 29 parking spaces.
