Police want two children who were robbed in Bromley High Street to make contact with them.

Three young boys were seen searching the pockets of two victims - described as white 12 or 13-year-old boys - before stealing cash on January 27.

The suspects aged 12 to 14 were arrested nearby and have been bailed until mid-February.

CCTV footage captured the incident at 1pm, but the victims were not there once police arrived.

Detective Constable Lorraine Robinson, the investigating officer from the Bromley robbery squad, said: "Officers responded quickly to this report and arrested three suspects for this robbery within an hour of the offence being committed, but we have not been able to locate the victims.

"We would urge them to come forward - we would just like to speak to you and get an account of what happened."

Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
