Simon Heard-White, 51
A Bromley man has gone missing after leaving hospital.
Simon Heard-White, 51, was last seen at Kings College Hospital more than ten weeks ago, in November.
Simon Heard-White was spoken to on the phone on November 22, 2017.
A police spokesman said: "Simon is described as white, 5ft 10ins tall, of medium build, with shoulder-length brown hair.
"He may be walking with the aid of crutches."
