A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital following a rush-hour crash this morning.
Police and the South East Coast Ambulance Service were called to the A2 at the Darenth Interchange at about 8am after a car and a motorcycle crashed.
Traffic was held on the London-bound carriageway as emergency services dealt with the scene.
The motorcyclist was taken to hospital and the road has now been reopened.
