Chris Solly, Tariqe Fosu and Patrick Bauer are set to make a first-team return against Walsall next Saturday.
Bauer missed the 1-0 win over Bury with an ankle problem, while Solly wasn't fit but still made the bench.
Charlton could only name five substitutes due to their severe injury crisis. However, that crisis seems to be over now.
Jake Forster-Caskey, who wasn't fully fit, came on as a late substitute at Gigg Lane.
Charlton boss Karl Robinson said: “We thought Patrick was fit but he trained yesterday and had a knock on his ankle.
“Next week we’re expecting him to be back, Solls to be back, Jake to be back and Tariqe will be back.
“Tariqe could have maybe made today - he’s got some tests to do tomorrow and Tuesday. It could be a good week - it’s a late Christmas!
“I’m not playing a game here, I looked at the 23s, they've got a game on Monday and the U18s had a big game.
“But I didn't think there was anyone from the Under-23s who deserved to be here [on the bench] if that makes sense. It’s not like we've got anybody else, they're all here.”
