Two men have been charged following a spate of reported burglaries in Dartford.

David Howard, 52, and Richard Whiskin, 61, both of Keyes Road in Dartford, were charged on Sunday, November 19.

Howard was charged with seven charges of burglary and theft, one charge of burglary with intent to steal and one charge of attempted burglary with intent to steal.

Whiskin was charged with two charges of burglary and theft.

Items including jewellery and money have been reported stolen from a number of roads in Dartford this month.

Whiskin was bailed to appear before Medway Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday, December 20.

Howard appeared at the same court on Monday, November 20, and was remanded in custody to appear again at a future date.
