Kenneth Bentley, 65, was last seen on November 13 in Erith.
Police said Kenneth may be in need of urgent medical attention.
Anyone with information on Kenneth's whereabouts are being urged to call 999.

UPDATE: Police have confirmed that Mr Bentley has been found.
