SOUTH Eastern Trains is experimenting recycling newspapers left on its trains to see if this scheme could be rolled out across the network.
The company says a trial is being developed for Grove Park Station.
This project is based on an existing successful scheme run by South West Trains.
The trial would involve cleaning staff collecting newspapers from trains for recycling.
If successful, the recycling scheme will be rolled out to all depots.
