Orpington fire station will be open to members of the public
On Bonfire night lots of people will be working out how to get fires started.
But one event in Orpington will be all about extinguishing fires.
Orpington Fire Station is holding an open day on November 5.
The event is taking place on Avalon Road from 12pm to 4pm.
People can look around the state-of-the-art station which was built in 2015.
Vintage fire engines will be on display and kids can try on fire kits and spray a hose. There will be a bouncy castle and face painting.
Visitors will also get important safety advice, which should keep them safe for the festivities in the evening.
