Affordable houses aimed at people buying their first home have gone on sale in Deptford.
The 30 one-bedroom apartments on Arklow Road are set within a six-storey 1920s red brick building and all cost less than £250,000.
The apartments are targeted towards people looking to buy their first home, specifically with an income under £54,500.
It’s the second development by affordable housing company Pocket Living and follows their first batch in Lewisham on Marischal Road.
