Hospital staff have put out an appeal for the return of a mobile phone which was allegedly stolen from a staff member while she was fundraising for cancer patients.
The phone was stolen at Darent Valley Hospital, in Darenth Wood Road, Dartford, on Friday morning (September 29) while the staff member was serving at a Macmillan coffee morning.
A hospital spokesman said: "We're all saddened. The staff member was in the middle of taking photographs of the event, put her phone down to serve a customer and when she looked back the phone had gone."
The phone is described as a gold iPhone 7 with a black lace print cover.
UPDATE: The phone has been handed back in to the hospital
