A hypnobirthing taster session is being held this Saturday in Orpington.
Hypnobirthing is supposed to help ease the pain of childbirth.
Mums to-be are taught how to hypnotise themselves and then they are supposedly able to ease the pain.
The session is being put on by hypnotherapist Linda Mortimer. It will take place at 72 Eton Road, Orpington from 11am until 12pm.
