A hospital in Dartford will be able to give patients a quicker experience thanks to a new X Ray machine.
BMI Fawkham Manor Hospital have received a digital radiology machine which give consultants quicker access to patient's x-rays, cutting waiting times.
Its hoped that in the future doctors will be able to see x-rays from the machines on an app on their phones.
The machine is part of an investment by BMI Healthcare.
Ruth Hoadley, executive director at the hospital, said: “We are committed to delivering the best patient experience in the most effective way, and this new development means Consultants will have information right at their fingertips. Everyone expects a quick and efficient service and will help us meet patients’ and consultants’ expectations.”
