Man arrested in connection to sexual assault
A man has been charged with raping a teenage girl in Eltham.
Robert Rukwira, 40, was charged with raping a 14-year-old girl in Avery Hill Park.
A 14-year-old girl was raped in a secluded area in Avery Hill Park on Monday, September 4 between 9am and 1pm.
Rukwira, of Restons Crescent, Eltham, will appear in custody at Bromley Magistrates' Court today, September 21.
The victim has visited a haven and is being supported by specialist officers.
