Two women from Lewisham are climbing Mount Snowdon in full bellydance costume to raise cash for victims of domestic abuse and slavery.
Sophia Furber and Saffron Tisserand will take on the chilly challenge on September 23.
Mount Snowdon is the second highest mountain in the UK at 1085 meters.
The money they raise will go to Company of Dreams, a charity that provides free dance classes for women who have escaped slavery.
The classes will be held in partnership with Migrant Help, a national charity supporting former slaves.
The National Crime Agency revealed in August that the scale of modern-day slavery in the U.K. is far greater than previously thought, and is taking place “in every city and town” across the country.
