Want to be a woodland owner but don’t know the ins and outs of being one? Your chance might be now.
A freehold parcel of woodland in north Kent is set to go under the hammer at Clive Emson auction house in September with a guide price of around £5,000 to £6,000.
The site measured at 0.14 hectares (0.35 acres) is located close to the village of Vigo and Meopham. It's five miles south of Gravesend and the River Thames with excellent transportation links to London Victoria and regular bus service links to Bluewater.
So what can you do as a woodland owner and what advantages can you gain by buying this specific woodland?
