Traffic is moving slowly on the M25 after a crash involving multiple vehicles blocked two lanes on Dartford Crossing.
The crash is believed to have happened on the bridge at approximately 10.50am today, though it is unknown how many vehicles were involved in the incident.
Two lanes are closed and traffic is queuing due to the collision between junctions 31 and 1A heading clockwise.
There are reportedly delays of around one hour while Traffic England estimates the road will fully reopen by around 3.15pm with traffic returning to normal by around 4.15pm.
Highways England said emergency services are on the scene and people should 'allow extra time for your journey should you be travelling in the area'.
A Kent Police spokesman said: "Kent Police was called at 11.23am on Tuesday (July 11) to reports of collision involving two cars on the A282, Dartford Crossing.
"Officers are attending with ambulance crews."
Update: Traffic is still moving slowly with delay time around five minutes.
