The changes happen Sunday
Train services from Dartford will be replaced by a bus replacement service this weekend due to engineering works.
There will be no trains to or from Charing Cross on Saturday June 24 and Sunday June 25 either due to repairs.
Trains from Dartford will run on a half hour service to London Cannon Street calling at all stations via Greenwich on Saturday.
On Sunday there will be a bus replacement service from Slade Green to Crayford and Dartford due to engineering works in Dartford.
Trains will run between London Cannon Street and Crayford via Bexleyheath and there will be a half hourly service between Dartford and Gillingham.
