A man has been arrested in Northfleet after police found bags containing white powder believed to be class A drugs.
A van failed to stop for police in Northfleet on Monday, June 5 when it was requested.
The vehicle was found a short while later in the Old Perry Street area and the driver had left the scene.
Police seized several bags containing a white powder, believed to Class A drugs.
A spokesman for Kent Police said: "A 33-year-old man from Shorne was located and arrested on suspicion of failing to stop for police and possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.
"He has been released pending further investigation."
