Police are warning people not to approach a teenager who they say has links to gangs and may be in Woolwich.

Sonny Patience, 19, has been charged with multiple counts of drug dealing, including crack cocaine and heroin.

The Welling teenager was due to appear in Croydon Crown Court on March 8 after having been released on bail, but failed to appear in court and police are struggling to locate him.

He is known to frequent south east London, in particular in the Woolwich Dockyards area.

Greenwich Police has said the public should not approach Patience due to his links to gangs and that you should immediately contact the police if you see him.

Patience was arrested on January 10 for possession with the intent to supply drugs and subsequently also charged with resisting an officer in execution of duty and possessing criminal property.

He appeared in Bromley Magistrates' Court on February 8 and sent to Croydon Crown Court, at which point police have been unable to locate him.
