UPDATE: Bus driver describes finding man who wasn’t breathing in Bexleyheath and trying to get help
A man who was found unresponsive by police last night in Bexleyheath has been pronounced dead.
Officers on patrol in Market Place discovered the man, believed to be in his 60s, at around 4.30am today (April 27). He was taken to hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police said his next of kin have been informed.
A spokesman for the Metropolitan Police said: “The death is being treated as non-suspicious at this early stage and enquiries into the circumstances are ongoing.”
