A man who drove when he was three-times over the legal drinking limit has been jailed.
Andrzej Darius Sokol pleaded guilty to drink driving and driving without insurance.
He was sentenced on 19 April at Medway Magistrates’ Court.
On March 17 March the 43-year-old, of Burnham Crescent, Dartford, drove a BMW 528 in Hythe Street, Dartford, with no insurance and gave a breath test of 136 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath.
The legal limit is 35 microgrammes.
Magistrates sentenced Sokol to eight weeks in prison and banned him from driving for 37 months. He must also pay £85 costs and a £115 victim surcharge.
