A man has appeared in court charged with the murder of a father in Plumstead.
24-year-old Rene Richardson was found dead in Bournewood Road after being stabbed around 4.30pm on April 10.
Lennox Appiah, 23, from Plumstead, appeared in custody at the Old Baily on Wednesday, April 19, charged with the murder.
Appiah was first charged on April 13, before appearing at Camberwell Green Magistrate’s Court on April 15.
Appiah has not yet entered a plea and is due to appear in the Old Bailey again on April 25.
He remains in police custody and a provisional trial date has been scheduled for the 2 October.
