A man who failed to provide a urine specimen has been convicted by magistrates.
Dean Sean Lovell pleaded not guilty to failing to provide a urine specimen but was convicted of the offence at Medway Magistrates' Court.
On August 23 the 46-year-old of Sundrige Close in Dartford failed to provide urine for analysis.
Lovell was sentenced to 90 days in prison suspended for 12 months, ordered to carry out 200 hours of unpaid work in the 12 months and banned from driving for 32 months,
He must also pay £300 costs and £115 victim surcharge.
Disqualification can be reduced by 245 days if, by 14 January 2019, he satisfactorily completes a course approved by the Secretary of State.
