Detectives say he also has strong links to the Wandsworth area.

He left home with no phone, money, or Oyster card and detectives believe there is a strong possibility that someone might be assisting him.

They have spoken to Victor's friends and there have been no confirmed sightings of him.

Detective Inspector Ray McGeary said: "There is a growing concern for Victor's safety. He is only 12-years-old and left home with very few possessions.

"We have exhausted all other lines of enquiry and we are seeking the public's assistance in helping to trace him.

"Victor, if you see this, please just let us know that you are okay. You are not in any trouble; everyone just wants to know that you are safe."

Anyone with information on Victor's whereabouts should call police on 07920 205 857 or 101 or Missing People on 116000.

He is a black boy, about 4ft, of a slim build and has a short black curly hair.

Victor was last seen wearing a black jacket, light grey trousers, dark grey trainers and a black backpack.
