More than 200 cannabis plants were found by police during a drugs raid in Crayford.
Crayford Safer Neighbourhood Team and Bexley Problem Solving Team executed a warrant at an address in Crayford this morning.
A spokesman for Bexley MPS said: "Once entry was gained to the property, it was clear that numerous rooms inside had been adapted into a cannabis factory.
"After it was found that there were no persons inside the property, contact was made with the local power network to attend the scene and ensure the property was safe due to a number of live electricity wires.
"Officers have conducted a brief search of the property and believe there to be over 200 cannabis plants at different sizes throughout."
Officers remain on the scene while the cannabis is recovered and enquiries are ongoing.
