A single finger slip in a tweet caused a Dartford FC tweet to go viral this weekend.
In Dartford’s match versus Oxford City, Jefferson Louis took a less-than spectacular shot at goal that went wide.
However that was not how the person running the club’s twitter account saw it.

The account tweeted: “Jefferson Louis goes for a shit which goes wide #DartsFC #OXCvsDAR”
The tweet quickly went viral, garnering over 600 retweets and over 450 favourites.
Shortly after the account realised its mistake, tweeting: “Didn't mean to say sh.....it obviously but I'll leave it! Sorry!”
It then acknowledged that perhaps the earlier interpretation was not so far from the truth, tweeting: “He might as well have done that.....the shot was awful!”
The game ended 1-1 with Oxford with Oxford City’s Ezra Forde scoring a 91st minute debut equaliser to cancel out Dartford’s Ryan Hayes 66th minute goal.
