Fire in South Bermondsey station results in delays
Disruption hit London commuters after a cable fire started at South Bermondsey.
The cable fire, which happened yesterday, February 15, has meant that trains are unable to run through the station.
Trains which were supposed to start or terminate at South Bermondsey station are being terminated at London Bridge.
The disruptions affects the route between Wimbledon, West Croydon, Norwood Junction, Beckenham Junction and London Bridge.
The disruption is expected to continue until the end of the day.
Compensation is available through National Rail if passengers are delayed in completing their journey.
