A man has been charged with multiple burglary offences in homes in Swanley, Bromley, and across Sevenoaks.
Gary Ponder, 47, of no fixed abode, was arrested by officers on suspicion of six offences.
Officers were investigation a spate of burglaries in the Sevenoaks district and in Bromley from November 2016 to January 2017.
The burglar had been stealing jewellery from the homes.
He has been charged with burglary of a home in New Barn Road in Swanley on November 21.
He has also been charged with a burglary in Bromley on January 19.
Other locations he has been charged with targetting include homes in Sevenoaks, Edenbridge, Igtham and Leamington Spa.
Ponder was remanded in custody to appear before Maidstone Magistrates’ Court on Monday 30 January 2017. At this hearing he was remanded to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on Monday 27 February 2017.
