A vulnerable woman who went missing on January 23 has been found.
Carol Baker, 61, walked out of Newham Centre for Mental Health at around midday yesterday, January 23.
She told staff she was going for a cigarette and wasn’t seen again after that.
She did not have any money, identification or phone on her and just possessed an Oyster card with an unknown amount of credit on it.
She has since been found and is now in a place of safety.
