The burst pipe was on the junction of Elm Road and Main Road in Sidcup, resulting in bus delays.
Water had spilled out from the burst pipe on Sidcup out onto the street where it froze in the cold temperatures.

He wrote: “They [Thames Water] just left it to freeze and become a death trap.
“So many people falling now. Thames Water been there an hour sat in vans not even gritted the area.
“It’s like an ice rink road included although the sun starting to help a bit now.”
Thames Water have since repaired the burst water main.
