A man who has gone missing from hospital, where he was being treated for a bleed on his brain, could be in Lewisham.
Matthew Alexander was last seen at about 4.15pm yesterday (Sunday, January 8) at King's College Hospital.
His injury could cause him to lose conciousness and police have said that he may appear confused.
Matthew is described as a black man, about 5ft 7ins in height, of medium build with greying dreadlocks.
He was last seen wearing a dark green/brown sweater, black jeans and black trainers and is known to frequent the Southwark, Lewisham and Lambeth areas.
Matthew was admitted to King’s College Hospital on Thursday, January 5 with a bleed on the brain. He walked out yesterday evening and was not discharged by medical staff.
Officers are increasingly concerned for Matthew’s wellbeing and would urge anyone with information on his whereabouts to call police on 101 or Missing People on 116000.
