A disappointed 'dad' says he is putting up his trophy cabinet for sale after his son failed to fill it.
The advertisement, spotted in the window of EM Sabo Newsagent in Greenwich, claims his son has won "nuffink".
The hand-written A-4 paper said: "For sale: Small trophy cabinet. Bought for my son. But so far, what has he won? Nuffink!", followed by a phone number.
Potential buyers will be disappointed to find out that the phone number provided is one digit too short leading to doubts of the advertiser's credibility.
Bob Sabo, the owner of the newsagents, says he gets a lot people advertising sales in his window.
The ratio to real advertisements to jokes are "around 50/50".
Mr Sabo said: "The best ones I can remember off the top of my head include 'fur coat for sale; no cold callers'.
"There was also 'four reels of red tape for any council or government agency'
"There are all sorts of similar ones. If they are not funny we don't let them on."
