Drainage work aiming to reduce flooding in part of St Mary Cray has got under way.

The work is being carried out this week until Sunday in Crockenhill Road, where flooding has been an ongoing problem.

Part of the road is closed near to Crouch Farm. which is between Sheepcote Lane and Bransell Close.

The work has been scheduled to take place in half-term week when there is less traffic.

Diversions have been put in place while the work takes place.
