Drainage work aiming to reduce flooding in part of St Mary Cray has got under way.
The work is being carried out this week until Sunday in Crockenhill Road, where flooding has been an ongoing problem.
Part of the road is closed near to Crouch Farm. which is between Sheepcote Lane and Bransell Close.
The work has been scheduled to take place in half-term week when there is less traffic.
Diversions have been put in place while the work takes place.
The route is: Crockenhill Road B258, Blacksmiths Lane B258, St Mary Cray High Street B258, Mill Brook Road B258, Station Road B258, Sevenoaks Way A224, Edgington Way A223, Sidcup By-Pass Road A20, London Road B2173, Goldsel Road B258, Green Court Road B258, Broadway B258, Cray Road B258, Crockenhill Road B258 in both directions.
