A district council by-election has been triggered following the death of Swanley 's Robert Brookbank.
The Conservative councillor for Swanley Christchurch and Swanley passed away on August 2 at the age of 72.
Brookbank was first elected as district councillor for Swanley Christchurch and Swanley Village in 2007 and again in 2011 and 2015.
He was also an elected parish councillor in 2011 and 2015 for Swanley White Oak, as well as an elected Kent County councillor for Swanley in 2009 and 2013.
Residents must now register for his successor by midnight tomorrow (September 27) by clicking here.

To apply to vote by post for the first time, or to change an existing postal or proxy vote, residents need to complete a valid application form by September 28.
New applications to vote by proxy (except emergency proxies) must reach the Sevenoaks District Council’s Electoral Services Office by 5pm on October 5.
