A campaign has been launched to reopen a nightclub that was destroyed in a fire which ended in the death of an employee on the Greenwich Peninsula.

The club are aiming to raise £100,000 to rebuild the terrace after the blaze in Boord Street which claimed the life of  nightclub worker Tomas Ceidukas.

In a statement on the Kickstarter page they wrote: "By now we are sure that you know about the tragic fire at our beloved Studio 338.

"When something like this happens you have two choices, pack up and go home, or pick yourself up and find your way back.

"We feel that the magic we created together in the last two years is too precious to let burn.
