A man has been arrested after allegedly waving a machete around at McDonald's in Welling.
It is believed a masked man was spotted in Bellegrove Road just before midday on Thursday (August 4), before he made his way into the fast-food restaurant.
The video above shows a man entering McDonald's and then leaving a short time later, causing panic among bystanders.

An eyewitness told News Shopper: "Everyone just told us there was a terrorist attack.
"I saw him walking past.
"He had a hoodie on - he just covered his face."
The police were called out to McDonald's at about 11.50am (August 4)
Another witness, who also didn't want to be named, added: "I'm not sure if I'm 100 per cent sure I saw a knife.
"All I saw is he had something in his jacket and then something was not."
A Met Police spokesman confirmed police were called out at about 11.50am following reports of a man armed with a machete at a "local restaurant."
The suspect had fled the scene by the time police arrived.

A man was arrested nearby a short time later on suspicion of affray and possession of an offensive weapon.
The force has confirmed the incident was not terror-related and no injuries were reported.
The man was taken to a south London police station where he remains in custody.
Residents took to social media to express their shock.

A McDonald’s spokeswoman said: “We can confirm that an incident occurred in our Welling store this morning.
"No-one was injured, the police investigation is ongoing therefore we cannot comment further at this time.”
