Drivers were forced to leave their vehicles inside the Dartford Tunnel after a car caught fire.
Fire crews from Essex and Kent both attended the blaze on the M25 shortly before 1pm on Saturday.
The car was inside the right tunnel travelling from Kent to Essex.
Scariest moment ever, The Car in front of me was on fire in the dartford tunnel, we all had to evacuate. Thought I was going to die 🙈😫

The fire was extinguished at 1.35pm.
An Essex Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: "The tunnel's automatic fire suppression system activated, preventing the fire from damaging the tunnel and spreading to other vehicles.
"A dry powder fire extinguisher was used to extinguish the fire under the car's bonnet."
