A 68-year-old man has died after being hit by a train in Erith.
British Transport Police, London Ambulance Service and London Fire Brigade were called to the station off Bronze Age Way just after 6pm yesterday evening (June 28).

The man was pronounced dead at the scene.
A BTP spokesman said: "His family has been informed and a file will be prepared for the coroner.
“The incident is not being treated as suspicious.”
A London Ambulance Service spokesperson added:
"We were called at 6:06pm on Tuesday (June 28) to reports of a person hit by a train at Erith Railway Station.
"We sent a single responder in a car, an incident response officer, a hazardous area response team and an ambulance crew to the scene, along with London's Air Ambulance.
"Sadly a person was dead at the scene."
Services were cancelled and delayed from 6pm.
By 8.30pm Southeastern announced that services would commence at Erith but disruptions would continue due to staff shortages.
