A Thamesmead man has been charged with three counts of aggravated burglary and one count of assault.

Vincent Anthony Stickings, 29, of Whinchat road, has been remanded in custody and will appear at Maidstone Crown Court on July 18.

At 11.42pm on Tuesday April 26 Kent Police were called to a report that a group of men had burgled a property in Forstal Road, Lenham.

It was also reported that some of these people may have been in possession of weapons, including firearms.

Seven other men have been charged with the same offences.

Nyake Joe Tommy Alieu, 31, of  Seaford, East Sussex. He has been remanded in custody and will next appear at Maidstone Crown Court on 21 July.

Jake Jenks, 22, of Tunbridge Wells. He has been remanded in custody to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on 5 August.

Lee George Baker, 23, of Eastbourne. He has been remanded in custody to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on 5 August.

Darren Myers, 30, of Tunbridge Wells. He has been remanded in custody to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on 5 August.

Myers has also been charged with possessing a prohibited firearm and possessing a firearm when banned from doing so for life.

Conner Miller, 20, of no fixed address. He has been remanded in custody to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on 26 October.

Nana Danquah, 31, of Potters Bar. He has been remanded in custody to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on 26 October.

Aaron Mayers, 31, of South Hackney. He has been remanded in custody to appear at Maidstone Crown Court on 26 October.
